So, what is Never Too Late?
for those who’ve decided to have that cuppa with me…
Chances are you are already clued-in to the buzz around healthy ageing, longevity and extending your healthspan. You probably also know that a ‘Blue Zone’ is not shorthand for the latest beach getaway. You are probably wondering why you should read another longevity-focused newsletter. And you are right.
But, let me tell you a bit about myself and why I started ‘Never Too Late’ or NTL. Hopefully, that will pique your interest enough to read this and consider subscribing (free, for now).
Hello, that’s me.
We’ve probably met somewhere earlier. As a journalist, I wrote and presented the news for over two decades. I started as a health reporter in a city paper and rounded off my media stint by helping launch two news channels (Magicbricks Now and Mirror Now, where I led teams and shaped editorial strategy).
Since then, I have been working as a content strategy and editorial consultant for brands. Additionally, I help leaders write thought leadership pieces.
I am also a proud mother to two boys, one in university and another entering his teens.
So yes, like you, I am no stranger to health resolutions falling casualty to crazy deadlines, missed meals, irregular exercise routines and plain old laziness. Like you, I have also reached that place where my health has now become my priority. And I have been reading avidly about longevity research for some time now.
But at some point, I got wondering: It’s great to delay ageing. But are we equipped to make the most of this ‘bonus’ time on earth? How do we prepare?
That’s the driving force behind ‘Never Too Late’. I have set out on a journey – to equip myself with all the information I need on longevity, healthy ageing and healthspan, and all the resources and expert advice I need to make the most of these ‘bonus’ years.
So yes, NTL is not only about living longer, but is also about living better and getting all the resources you need to do so.
