“None of us are prepared for ageing, let alone Longevity. We are not prepared. Our governments are not prepared,” she told me bluntly.
So, of course, I asked her the obvious question: How does one prepare for a 100-year-life?
“Everyone will have a different journey. There is no ideal longevity or ageing plan. But we do have some essentials that we should work with,” Nidhi said.
